Quack is a High Penguin who is an EPF agent. He lives in Club Penguin.
Background
Quack hatched in the year 1996, in Shiverpool. He lived there until 2005, when he was 9 years old. Then, Quack's family moved to Club Penguin City.
When he was young, Quack, like most of the other young penguins, went to school, which he didn't like (his least favorite subject was math). Later, he finished school, and he was very happy that he didn't have to go there or study math any more. After finishing school, Quack moved to Club Penguin.
Some time later, in 2015, Quack found a invitation to join the Elite Penguin Force in his mailbox. He went to the Everyday Phoning Facility, passed the test (after failing it 2 times) and joined the EPF.
Biography
Some time later, Quack also was invited to join the EQF. He joined it, as well, and he is now working for both the EPF and the EQF.
Also, Quack caught the X-Virus. He now has a X-Antibody called QuaX, who works for The Evil Something.
Involvement
Quack has been involved in some of the EPF's and the EQF's top secret classified secret missions.
